After a restless night (I don't like not paying my dues) we realised this morning that we still have one day of our seven free ones left on the Bridgewater, and that we could boat right through. So that's what we're doing today.
We've made it from Plank Lane to Grappenhall so far, and might just make the 5.30 slot for the tunnel.
