It's been a day for doing not a lot, sorry. Must say, despite my channelling her as a grumpy 16 year old, Sally has been very well behaved.
That's assuming you don't mind 34 kg of dog arriving on the bed at 5.30 in the morning. Mind you, we did all get a bit more of a doze afterwards, but I must admit it will be nice to have a lie in tomorrow not decorated by the pooch.
We had another good run in the field first thing; she was still careful not to let me out of her sight for too long. Hiding makes for a good way of exercising her, together with the tyre toy, which she absolutely loves chasing. However, since then the weather has been very on and off and we've not got out of the boat again. Sheila did pop into the village for a paper for me whilst I ran Sally.
Elanor's just turned up, so Sally's a happy dog again.
Should be more of a blog tomorrow!
/bye

Lou is waking me up at 3.30am because she's desperately hungry (effect of high dose steroids) - she's going into hospital for radiotherapy next week and I find myself looking forward to an unbroken night's sleep - mean mummy Sue :-)
Sally sounds like such a character - I do hope we get to meet her one day.
