This blog is about life on board our narrowboat Sanity Again, cruising the inland waterways of the UK (mainly in the spring, summer and autumn) and living in a marina in the winter. It's the way I choose to write it; if you don't like it, there are many other boating blogs.

Stop Press
Alexander made a slightly reluctant entry to the world (can we blame him?) at ten past midnight last night, and weighed in at 7lb 9oz.
Mum and babe both well.
More detail in my regular post, and thanks for all your support, folks.

Congratulations grandma and grandad on the new arrival. Wait until he is bringing snow in the boat to make snowmen. will hopfully see you in the spring. Best wishes Carolann and Graham.
Congratulations on the new arrival. I suppose Mum and Grandma had something to do with it, but we have witnessed through this blog just what hard work the birth has been for Bruce. We hope by now you are relaxing in front of a warm stove with a glass of something to warm the inner soul.

Congratulations.
Ten past midnight this morning, does that mean he beat the worst of the snow?
When will you get to see little Alexander?
Hope the weather is not troubling you too much
