Martin, Graham, Sheila and I went across to the site and rigged the Braidbar gazebo this morning, then had a coffee and a lot of chat with Chris and Les on Eleventh Heaven which is safe and sound on the show pontoon.
Since then, we've been cleaning inside Sanity Again and nattering from time to time with the other owners.
Briar Rose and Cala have just arrived, so the gang's all here. Some of us will form the sales team, some are here to take part in the social activities and Adam on Briar Rose is gainfully employed working for Canal Boat magazine, but we still hope to see him about from time to time as he works his way from show boat to show boat. His job is probably a lot harder than any of the ours!
Sadly, the weather has deteriorated as forecast, becoming much cooler and damper; it'll be back into long trousers after I've showered this afternoon.
