This morning's main event was the Ocado delivery which went fine, except that the driver hadn't twigged that we'd moved pontoon and got the stuff all ready to trundle down to Grebe. I had to hot foot it over there to let him in through the vehicle gates and he had to reload the crates on the van.
We just had time after getting it all stowed to pop over to the lodge to look at a problem with one of the wardrobe doors. Not a mega issue, but it's dropped a shade on its runners and needs a bit of a tweak.
After lunch we were collected by the estimable Jo and taken to the National Memorial Arboretum for the afternoon. We've had a brilliant time; the place is different every time you visit and this is the first occasion we've been there in the summer.
We particularly wanted to visit the Poppy Walk which has developed into a wild flower meadow. Sheila took some photos which I've not had time to download yet; I'll fire up the big computer tomorrow and post one or two here. We also had a look for the Intelligence Corps memorial, but its location is a secret, sorry...
;)
We've got another photo session in Derby tomorrow afternoon, which I'll tell you about on Wednesday, probably.
