Good day if wet

We've had a great day's boating with Richard Parry, all objectives achieved even if it tipped it down, especially when we were locking, naturally. As before, Richard was very interested in our thoughts about CRT and the canals.

We made it to Braunston by mid afternoon, having stopped at the top of the flight for lunch. There's a 3 signal and an EE signal here, so it feels like we're back in touch with the world.

We're both pretty weary, though, so it's off to the Boathouse for a meal shortly, then an early night, methinks. On to Brownsover tomorrow to do a bit of restocking.
