…yesterday, when I said that this wouldn't be a long post. We've had a very good day, with the morning given over to a quick clean through the boat, and then enjoying the company of Graham and Carolann and Stephen and Jayne, first in Sanity Again, then in The Dragon and finally back on Dolce Far Niente.
It's been very much the sort of day for meeting with good friends by a warm fire, as it's been truly bitterly cold outside. Carolann and Graham: it was great to see you, and here's to the next merry meeting!
There's a forecast of snow to come in the next 48 hours, but at least that should mean slightly milder conditions (maybe).
Now for a very quiet evening and an early bed.

I just discovered your Kindle book and have downloaded it. I just wanted to say thank you for a very informative book. As we are about to embark on our own build I'm sure it will be invaluable to us in the weeks to come and is already helping us with decisions on what to put in AmyJo.
